Advancing Clean Energy Through Innovative Marine Technology
Innovative Marine Technology
Redefining Clean Energy Reliability.
EtAi ENER Corp is an early-stage clean energy startup developing innovative marine technology to deliver reliable, scalable, and economically viable clean energy. We are focused on solving the structural challenges that continue to limit ocean-based energy systems most notably energy intermittency, high operating and maintenance (O&M) costs, and the integration demands of energy-intensive marine applications such as desalination. While the ocean offers vast and predictable renewable resources, marine technologies have historically faced barriers related to variability, corrosion, maintenance intensity, and infrastructure complexity.
EtAi ENER was formed to address these challenges through integrated, system-level engineering rather than isolated technology solutions.
Our Mission
Our mission is to transform the ocean into a dependable and cost-effective contributor to the global clean energy transition. We aim to enable marine energy systems that provide stable power output, support critical offshore and coastal services, and reduce long-term operational risk making marine clean energy practical at scale.
What We’re Building
Integrated marine energy systems that reduce intermittency, O&M costs and power continuous operations like desalination cleanly and reliably.
Built for Bankability
We are built on the principle that technical innovation must translate into financial viability. From early development, we align engineering decisions with project economics by focusing on revenue stability, lifecycle cost control, and risk reduction.
By addressing intermittency, O&M intensity, and energy-intensive applications together, our approach improves the investability of marine clean energy projects. The goal is to evolve marine technology from experimental deployments into bankable infrastructure assets.
Our EPC Delivery Model
EtAi ENER Corp operates as an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company for marine clean energy. We deliver full lifecycle under one roof from feasibility studies and front-end engineering design (FEED) through detailed engineering, procurement, offshore construction, and commissioning into long-term operations and maintenance.
This integrated model matters in the ocean environment more than anywhere else. Marine projects live or die on the interfaces between designers and fabricators, between vessels and weather windows, between technology and the grid. As a single accountable EPC partner, we control those interfaces, which is how we protect schedule, cost, safety, and ultimately the bankability of every project we touch.

Meet Our Team
EtAi ENER is driven by a multidisciplinary team with experience in marine engineering, offshore renewable systems, energy storage integration, and advanced system modeling. The team has worked on the design, analysis, and optimization of complex energy platforms operating in harsh marine environments, with a strong focus on durability, performance, and systems integration. This technical foundation enables EtAi ENER to develop innovative marine technology that addresses intermittency, operational reliability, and lifecycle performance at the system level.

Dr. Effie Perry
(CEO/Founder)
Dr. Effie Perry is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of EtAi ENER Corp. Her background spans the full arc of offshore energy: an M.S. in Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering from West Virginia University, a B.S. in Geology and Environmental Sciences from the University of Buea, an Executive MBA from Rice University, and a Doctor of Business Administration in Clean Energy and Sustainability, where her doctoral research examined the financial viability of hybrid offshore wind/wave energy systems. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a certification in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). At EtAi ENER, Dr. Perry directs strategy, capital formation, and full-lifecycle EPC delivery bridging subsurface and marine engineering with the project economics that turn ocean energy into bankable infrastructure.
